December, 2009 - With the 2010 less than a month away, we've been spending a lot of time with key contacts in Olympia, working behind the scenes promoting conservative values where and when we can. With the liberals in firm control of the Washington State legislature, we have no choice but to stand our ground and fight to defend our state and our families from the guiles of the wild-eyed left.

Our strategy in the initial weeks of the 2010 egislative session includes meeting with key Olympia insiders and legislative leaders to build support for a number of "family friendly" bills.

wa_capital200December, 2009 - Just over one year ago, the Washington Values Alliance launched its first press release, alerting many thousands to the appalling political correctness that is corrupting the policy of our Governor and much of our state government.  During last year's legislative session, we fought hard for family values and showed we meant business when we launched Referendum 71. While we are just over a year old as an organization, we are already making a difference around the state!

Mission

To promote and reinforce the fundamental American principles of individual liberty, personal responsibility, free enterprise and limited government; to encourage respect for the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Washington; and to vigorously defend human life, the institution of marriage, religious freedom, and Judeo-Christian values.

Purpose

To inform and educate Washingtonians on the issues that impact the well being of the traditional family and to coordinate and strengthen current advocacy efforts on behalf of families and allied organizations across the state.
